It’s a collage of decades of sound brought into the 21st century. A vintage explosion of sound, this one has been a staple in my sets. “Get it on is a tease of everything to come from me. An album is set to be released later this year, undoubtedly revealing even more of the artist’s raw talent and what he has to offer the world of music. Not only does “Get It On” provide listeners with a sample of Effin’s nonconformist sound design, but he has something special in the works for listeners. Whilst working tirelessly every day on an upcoming album being released later this year, Effin realized that he did not want a barrier behind his songs – he wanted to create a collage in which he put his own twist on classics he’s known and loved. With this newfound ambition and desire to succeed in the world of music, Effin hopes to create a sense of community among his listeners. His single “Get It On” includes samples from the 50s and 70’s era while encompassing a hard-hitting bass style.Īlthough the artist’s raw talents and drive towards his creative endeavors were always present, he has only recently realized that music isn’t just a passion, but a way of life. Having pulled inspiration from Motown and Soul styles that infiltrate his city of Nashville, Tennessee, Effin creates a single album that is rooted in originality and a diverse taste for music. Nashville-based artist Effin brings the idea of eclecticism to the forefront in his newest single “Get It On. Now on the cusp of releasing his first studio album, GRAVEDGR is proving to be more nefarious than ever. GRAVEDGR made his live debut back in 2018 at insane shows at EDC Las Vegas and LA’s El Rey Theatre. GRAVEDGR’s wildly popular debut single “RAMPAGE” amassed over 12M streams on Spotify alone, placing him firmly on the map from day one, which was quickly followed up by the equally relentless “JESSE JAMES,” “BE WARY,” “KAMIKAZE” and, just recently, “WARDOGZ,” featuring City Morgue. All the time spent contemplating mortality must have inspired his musical sound, which can be summed up as simultaneously scary, melodic, and hard. Always donning black attire and his signature face mask, it’s no surprise that his day job was literally digging graves.

“MOVE” is his first collaboration with Krischvn, who has previously released on Dim Mak, and Never Say Die. The cacophony of reverberating basslines, screeching synths, and heavy kickdrums make “MOVE” a track that was born for live sets, which is precisely what GRAVEDGR wanted. Teaming up with German producer Krischvn, GRAVEDGR takes his listeners on an intense sonic journey that begins with warped, menacing vocals that build into his most hard-hitting drop yet. GRAVEDGR is notorious for producing some of the heaviest music in the game, but it seems he’s outdone himself on his newest single “MOVE”.
